These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Clinic Phaselis, registered under Lilith Health Tourism, and you (“the patient” or “the client”).
By confirming a booking or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding with your treatment.


1. Definitions

1.1 “Clinic” means Clinic Phaselis, its staff, surgeons, coordinators and authorised partners.
1.2 “Treatment” refers to any medical, surgical, dental, hair transplant or bariatric procedure offered by the Clinic.
1.3 “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for a treatment.
1.4 “Consultation” means an initial in-person or online meeting between the patient and a qualified specialist to evaluate suitability for treatment.
1.5 “Fees” means the total amount payable for the treatment and related services.
1.6 “Ancillary Costs” means expenses not included in the treatment package (e.g., flights, visas, personal insurance, meals).
1.7 “Contract” means the legally binding agreement formed between the Clinic and the patient when a booking is confirmed.


2. Scope of Services

Clinic Phaselis provides a range of elective medical services including but not limited to:

  • Plastic and reconstructive surgery

  • Dental procedures

  • Hair transplant treatments

  • Bariatric and weight-loss surgery

Each procedure includes:

  • Consultation with a qualified specialist

  • The agreed treatment or surgery

  • Standard post-operative or aftercare guidance

Unless otherwise stated in your Booking Confirmation, the following are not included:

  • Flights and airport transfers

  • Accommodation not specified in your package

  • Meals, travel insurance or personal expenses

  • Costs due to additional medical conditions, unforeseen complications, or follow-up care in your home country


3. Booking and Payments

3.1 A booking becomes valid once the patient accepts these Terms and the Clinic issues written confirmation.
3.2 A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of treatment, as specified in your confirmation.
3.3 We do not accept bank transfers for payments. Payments can be made by cash or credit/debit card in accepted currencies.
3.4 Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation.
3.5 Prices may vary based on exchange rates or treatment plan adjustments.


4. Cancellations and Changes

4.1 You have 21 days from the date of booking to cancel your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be used to reschedule your treatment for a future date.
4.2 After 21 days, cancellations are subject to an administrative or cancellation fee.
4.3 Changes to treatment dates are subject to availability.
4.4 The Clinic reserves the right to postpone or cancel a treatment due to medical reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.


5. Medical Assessment and Suitability

5.1 All patients must complete a medical questionnaire and disclose accurate health information before treatment.
5.2 The final decision on suitability lies with the assigned surgeon or medical professional after physical examination.
5.3 If the specialist determines that you are unfit for treatment, the Clinic will not be liable for travel or accommodation costs.


6. Risks and Responsibilities

6.1 All medical and surgical treatments carry inherent risks.
6.2 The Clinic and its team will act with due care, skill and professionalism but cannot guarantee identical results for every patient.
6.3 Patients must follow all medical advice, both pre- and post-treatment.
6.4 The Clinic is not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow instructions, undisclosed health conditions, smoking, alcohol, or external medical interventions after returning home.


7. Insurance and Travel

7.1 Patients are responsible for arranging travel and medical insurance covering complications, trip cancellations, and emergencies.
7.2 The Clinic does not cover additional travel or accommodation costs arising from unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight delays, visa issues, or force majeure), or from patients’ requests to extend their stay for treatment or recovery-related reasons.


8. Behaviour and Conduct

8.1 The Clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other patients.
8.2 Any such behaviour may lead to immediate cancellation of treatment without refund.


9. Aftercare and Warranty

9.1 Standard aftercare instructions are provided following each treatment.
9.2 The Clinic offers follow-up support via email or phone.
9.3 For certain treatments (e.g., dental work or implants), a warranty may apply—details will be specified in your Booking Confirmation.
9.4 Warranty becomes void if post-treatment care instructions are ignored, or external interventions alter the result.


10. Liability

10.1 The Clinic is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by negligence, but not for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses.
10.2 The Clinic is not liable for issues arising from false information, pre-existing medical conditions, or procedures performed elsewhere.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
10.4 For revision surgeries requiring general anesthesia, hospital and accommodation costs must be paid by the patient.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Antalya, Turkey.
