Thigh Lift in Turkey
Smoother Legs. Firmer Skin. Renewed Confidence.
If you feel self-conscious about sagging skin or excess fat around your thighs — especially after weight loss — you’re not alone. Many patients struggle with loose inner or outer thigh tissue that can’t be corrected with diet and exercise alone.
That’s where a Thigh Lift comes in. Also known as thighplasty, this body contouring procedure removes excess skin and fat from the upper legs, leaving you with tighter, smoother, and more sculpted thighs. Whether your goal is to wear shorts, dresses, or swimwear with confidence — or simply feel more comfortable in your own skin — a thigh lift can make a lasting difference.
At Clinic Phaselis, based in Antalya, Turkey, we’ve performed countless thigh lifts for patients seeking effective, long-term results in a safe and supportive setting.
What Is a Thigh Lift and How Does It Work?
A Thigh Lift reshapes the thighs by surgically removing loose skin and stubborn fat that has developed due to ageing, major weight loss, or genetics. The procedure can be done on:
- The inner thigh (medial thigh lift), where an incision is made from the groin and extends downward and sometimes around the back of the thigh
- The outer thigh (lateral thigh lift), where the incision runs from the groin around the top of the hip and toward the back of the leg
If excess fat is present, liposuction can be combined with the lift to achieve even more defined contours.
Our goal is to restore a firmer, more youthful shape — so your thighs look toned, proportionate, and comfortable in any outfit.
What Are the Benefits of a Thigh Lift?
Many of our patients choose thigh lift surgery to regain confidence in their appearance, especially after major body transformations. Benefits include:
- Smoother, tighter leg contours
- Improved confidence in clothing, swimwear, and social situations
- Reduction of chafing, irritation, or sagging skin
- Long-lasting results with a stable weight and healthy lifestyle
- Visible transformation within weeks — with full results in a few months
While scars are permanent, they are carefully placed to be discreet and fade over time. Most patients say it’s a small trade-off for the emotional and physical freedom they gain.
