The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing. I am now 3 weeks PO from a gastric sleeve and there isn’t a stage that I haven’t been met with the utmost care and reassuring advice! From the initial enquiry, pre-flight, arrival and throughout my surgery and stay, even now after I am home, the whole thing has been such a great service!
Transfers were brilliant. The hospital and all of the people involved in care from start to finish were so kind and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and such a lovely place to recover. Can’t wait to return for my plastics post weight loss!
I have used Clinic Phaselis twice now and cannot fault my experience with them. The staff were very attentive from the start of my journey to the end of my journey and they are never far away should you need to ask something or be reassured. I was very happy with my results first time round I came back for another procedure with Dr Gokhan. Always honest advice given. Would highly recommend this clinic.
From the coordinaters,nurses, Dr G and even the drivers everyone was amazing very welcoming and made my stay very easy. Anything I needed someone would be there to assist I couldn’t have asked for any better! Thankyou clinic phasilis🙏🏻☺️
My whole experience was very positive. Dr Gokan was very reassuring and explained everything, the nurses and staff at the hospital were very helpful and always checking on me. The operation went smoothly and back at the hotel the nurse was there twice a day to check my blood pressure, etc, DrG came to see me the day before I left just to check everything was fine which it was, I would just like to say a big thank you to Terry and Zanib who were there and always on-call if I needed anything.
From start to finish I was well looked after. Terry the coordinator met me at the hospital and stayed with me. He explained everything well to me in English because of the language barrier. Dr Gokhan came and explained the procedure he also visited me at my hotel the day before I left to check on me which I thought was fantastic. I was well looked after and everything went well. You are picked up to be taken to the hospital and also returned. On leaving, you get all your medication and help line numbers. The procedure went well and was checked on alot in the hospital I would say the food is not great but I wasn't hungry after my opp so I didn't mind. I would definitely recommend 100%
I was looked after extremely well, the staff could not do enough for me. I had a coordinator with me 24 hours a day while in the hospital and the pre op tests were thorough, leaving me feeling reassured they were ensuring the surgery would be safe.
Communication from the point of booking to post care was fantastic, I get a response within an hour if I have any queries.
